WORKSHOP: RESILIENCE RUCKSACK

Join Matt Sowerby - Youth Programmes Lead - Europe at The Resilience Project - for a workshop designed to give participants the essential tools to activate resilience. In this workshop, we’ll explore the relationship between climate emotions and mental health, and learn how to stay grounded, energised, and connected for the long haul. In part 1, we’ll provide some basic Climate Psychology to frame the session. In part 2, we’ll be explaining the concept of the resilience rucksack, and unpacking/surfacing challenges that might be preventing us from being resilience change-makers. In part 3, we’ll be pivoting towards resilience – repacking our rucksacks with strategies that can support us to be more resilient on a day-to-day basis.
