WORKSHOP: NAVIGATING ECO-ANXIETY: HARNESSING HOPE

Jennifer Uchendu and Tori Tsui will share their personal stories of eco-anxiety and what led them to the work they currently do. They will also explore evidence from eco-anxiety research to help participants understand eco-anxiety in different contexts. Following reflective activities, they will provide tips on coping, building an eco-resilience toolkit, and ways we can actively play our role in climate action.
